TheraScribe and JFW

Hello:

I was talking with someone this morning who has recently gone totally blind.  
He works in Psychotherapy, and one of the tools he needs to use on the job is 
called TheraScribe.  Has anyone used TheraScribe with JAWS and if so, how well 
did it work?
