Alan
As Judith says it's the Insert key when in DeskTop mode but it is
something different when in Laptop mode and is therefor referred to as
the JawsKey to cover both formats.

CTRL+JAWS Key+Down arrow should start the skim reading tool no matter

I think just tapping the ctrl key will stop it.
