Telling Jaws To Start Reading 12 Lines Down The Page

I read a Pakistani Newspaper, Dawn,

everyday. If you go to its first story today at,
http://www.dawn.com/2004/text/top1.htm
You will find that the first line is:
MMA defends deal with government over LFO. and then you find the repetitious
information of about 10 lines before the news begins. how can I tell Jaws5.0
to skip this information on every page and go to the beginning of the story?
For instance, the starting line of the news is:
