TXT To HTML Messages

Hello:
In Outlook 2000, is there any way (or any program) that will convert INCOMING
(received) plain text messages into HTML messages? I would like to do this
because I use a Braille display, and it is more Braille-friendly to read
messages in the virtual viewer. I posted this to the Outlook list, but I guess
sighted people would not have a reason to do this.
Any suggestions?
