David,

Yes accessing the system tray is not the issue, I generally use INS F11,
but activating an item in the system tray such as Norton Anti-Virus, or as
in one case I have now, a listing that says there is one document waiting
for me, which I believe resulted in an error I'll ask about in another
message at a later date. Use to be, you could highlight the system tray
item and press enter and it would pop up a dialog box to open the
program, and other choices depending on the program or item you opened.

Right now if I'm on the desk top and press INS F11 and try accessing an
item there, it gives me options to sort icons and etc. If I'm in Eudora and
press INS F11 and try accessing a tray item it gives me option to send a
message and etc. from a Eudora menu. How can I access a tray item once the
sys tray is opened and an item is highlighted?
