Hi,

There is a firewall in win x p. I think it's in the control panel or
accessories.

Hi,

If spending money is of concern then you could use free software instead.

AVG for an anti-virus program

Spybot and ad-aware for detecting and cleaning spyware.

I don't have a solution for a firewall. I am sure that others can supply an
answer to that.

Don't forget to look on the JFWLite site for other recommendations.

Subject: System Mechanics 6 and JAWS 8

Hello, Everyone:

Does anyone know if System Mechanics 6 is compatible with JAWS 87.0? I am
looking into purchasing this software, because it has some very useful tools
such as antivirus, antispyware, registry cleaners and more in the same
package, but I am concerned about compatibility with JAWS. I have already
wasted $70.00 on Norton Internet Security 2007, because it is not very
useful with JAWS 8 and I do not want to waste any more money on software I
can not use. I would appreciate any feedback on this program I can get.

Thanks,

Alicia
