Just unsubscribe using the instruction at the bottom of this post, which
I'll paste in below my words here, then resubscribe, sending the
subscription request from the new email address.
To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to
jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
Now to subscribe, Claudia, just send an email from your new address to the
same listserv address as above, but using the word subscribe in the subject
line instead of unsubscribe.
