Static when online

Hi! I'm using V11.0.1476, and sometimes when I'm on the internet I hear static
with the volume fluctuating up and down. It doesn't seem to happen in other
programs, so I'm wondering if anyone might know what's going on here? I've
tried closing out JAWS and opening it back up and restarting, but the static
still happens, not all the time, but enough to be annoying. Any help on how to
get rid of this would be appreciated. Thank you.
