Hi, on the jfwlite site, look at the Spybot information under the helpful
hints link; she gives some very detailed instructions. That is, in case you
haven't been there already. But, to answer one of your questions, yes, you
can install it on your own.

Hello Group
I know that SpyBot is on the jfwlite.com web site and I am interested in
using SpyBot for keeping my system clean and I already use AdAware, so two
questions.
1. Is installing and using SpyBot with JFW easy enough that you can do it
with out any sighted help?
2. Is there anything special I should know before installing SpyBot?
I look forward to your assistance and any recommendations would be
appreciated!

I use Windows XP Home, Pentium 4 2.6 GHz, 512 Meg of RAM with 55 Gig of free
hard drive space and JFW 6.0
