Re: Shortcut to Word

There is probably a better way than this but I tried it and it worked. Go to MS Word in the Start menu and press the App key; (to the left of the right ctrl button) It should bring up a menu withed "copy shortcut" hit enter on it. Go to the Desk top and activate the Jaws cursor and using the insert R give it unrestricted movement, find a blank spot and click the right mouse button on the key pad which will bring up a menu, click on paste shortcut.

Hi Listers, for some reason I can't access Word from the desktop, the only way I can open Word is from the start menu-run dialog. Can any of you tell me how to move the control back to the desk top shortcut. I'm using Jaws 7 on a Win XP home platform Big time thanks up front!
