Setting a new password

I have a password set for my email program which is Lookout Express which had
to be set by the ISP Administrate. I need to go in and set a new password for
my ssecurity. However, it's has been so long ago I've forgot how to do this
using Jaws 5.0. Can someone help? I would apprecate it.
