The speed of a download depends on the speed of your connection and how
busy the serveris and how much other web traffic there is. Remember the
web is like several cars carying many pounds of sugar on several roads
from one starting point to one destination. The bigger the load of sugar,
the greater chance that some of the cars will have problems due to traffic
or a break in the road and the harder it is to estimate the speed. In case
any of you are wondering how to account for the differences in time people
are reporting.
