Hi,
as I recall this was a problem with an earlier version of Jaws. I can not now remember the version, think it was 6 something but not sure.

Hello FS Tech Support and others,

I am writing to report another significant problem with JAWS 8.0. This one deals with workbooks containing multiple worksheets in Excel 2003. Essentially, when changes are made to one of the worksheets, JAWS seems to somehow be applying those changes when reading all other worksheets in the workbook. Here's a step-by-step example:

1.
Make sure JAWS 8.0 is running. The issue does not happen in JAWS 7.1. Thank goodness!
2.
Open Microsoft Excel 2003 and load a workbook containing multiple worksheets. I haven't tested this on other versions of Excel, so don't know if the issue also applies to them.
3.
Make changes to one of the worksheets.
4.
Press control+page up or control+page down to move to another worksheet that has not been changed.
5.
Note that it reads as though the changes you just made have somehow bled through to all worksheets. You can see this by navigating to other worksheets and observing that JAWS reads them as though they have also been changed. Visually, of course, everything is fine and all is well when reading with JAWS 7.1 or another screen reader.

Once again, I feel this one is a serious problem and hope it will soon be addressed by FS effectively.

Thanks.
