I assume the columns wont be next to each other. If they are next to each
other, you could just select one column, keep your finger on the shift key then
use the left/right arrow keys to select further columns. I was a little
confused whether you meant rows or columns, but obviousely if it is rows you
mean, then you'd use up and down isntead of left and right.

Subject: Selecting multople rows in Excel

  Hi all,

How can I select multiple rows of columns of data in Excel 2003? I am using
Jaws 8.

I can use space bar and shift to select one row, but I want to select a few
roes at a time and copy them to a new work book and have the same format and
layout.
  Thanks,

  Bill
