If I recall correctly this can be gotten to by going to start, run, and
entering control userpasswords2. Then on the advanced tab there is a
checkbox for the behavior you want. The tab name may be different, but it is
definitely in that dialog.

Subject: Security question

Hey guys,
I know there is an option to do it, but I can't find it anywhere.
Ya know how when you log on to some xp machines, it asks you for the control
alt delete key combination?
Anyone know how to set this up?
Thanks,
Jed
