Security on page

Hi there,

when I go to see how many hours I have left, I put on forms mode and I put
in my log in name and password & it keeps saying that I am not authenticated
& that my password or log in name is incorrect!

I have rang up my internet server & I keep having different things told me
on the phone!

I hope that you can help me?
