What version of Jaws you are using?
If you are using 510 install it in the jaws510 folder.
c:\jaws510\settings\enu\
If you are using 6.0:
Do the same and merge them.
To do this: in the jaws window: ALT+U for merge utility and click enter and
fallow direction. You need to merge jaws510 with jaws6.0...
Close jaws and bring it back up... You should be all set.
