Not always. Give it a try, and you'll see that it handles situations that
were not always evident.
For example in a list of files in Windows Explorer you can copy the file,
but not the name. Or you can use a plug-in to copy the file name. However
with this script you can copy the entire line of information that is
normally spoken by JAWS, which would include the file size, date, etc. It
really does give a lot more flexibility in what you can copy and paste.

Please forgive me, but isn't that a little redundant? After all, you could
use the old Windows select and copy commands, or the JAWS copy and append
commands to do the same thing. I'm just looking for why this script would
