Saving attachments

Hi friends,


Can anyone remind me how to save attachments please? I use a laptop
with Windows XP,  Jaws 6.02 and Outlook Express.   One of my attachments is a 
photograph
and I wondered if I could put it straight into 'my pictures' folder.


Any help would be appreciated.
