Samsung cd-r/rw sw-252 with Jaws 6.0

Hi Listers I'm still trying to learn how to use the DVD drive in my wonderful
new Dell Dimension 3000 computer , without benefit of a manual from Dell.
I was able to identify the hardware it is a
Samsung cd-r/rw sw-252 . I don't know that it makes any difference as this is
my first computer with a DVD drive, so I know zero about it. All I want to do
is burn copies of some CDs, and backup files from Windows Explorer. I am using
Jaws 6.0 with Win XP home, I also have Nero 5.0 installed on my computer. Any
and all information you can provide will be tremendously appreciated!
