There are no actual standards except for 508, but the most widely used set
of guidelines and techniques can be found at:

Subject: STANDARDS FOR WEB ACCESSIBILITY?

Does anyone know where to find standards for developing accessible web
pages. I work for a company that is starting to do web development for
several internal and external systems. I have a lot of problems using their
internal applications and I'd like to get them to change some things. I need
to find a guide to developing with accessibility in mind.
If anyone can point me to a source for this I'd appreciate it.
