Restoring echo to lower case "m" key

While in jaws manager trying to put a toggle switch to mute jaws I accidently deleted or muted the "m" key in lower case. Upper case still is fine. All other keys are also OK. I would appreciate it if someone could give me some suggestions as to where I might start to return the echo to the letter "m" lower case. I was successful in making the toggle switch to mute jaws. I went back in jaws manager several times but I couldn't return the echo to letter "m".. Thanks much,

Best wishes,
