Thanks for your response Jim.  Would you mine to share what will the FS will 
going to advice you?  So, if I encounter that problem, I know how to fix it.

      On Thanksgiving I change almost all of the setting to the ones which were 
recommended by JFW.  The only one I kept was the "start menu" and that was 
because I like it better.  Now Jaws keeps saying "resize symbol".  What does 
this mean?  How do I quiet this obnoxious behavior?
