Hi,

  In my understanding, remote access option is needed only for "Client"
side.  That means you don't need it for the desktop.
In addition, remote JAWS on the server side will be authorized using
client's license, so you don't need to authorize the JAWS on your
desktop, if you never use it from its real console.
