I believe that sometimes the problem could be attributed to the server itself. I am assuming this because it doesn't happen with all the sight at the same time. For example, at a given point, my school's webmail server may not accept my password, but my other e-mail accounts may work well. If you are doubly sure that the problem is not with the server, then There could be one possibility. When you type the password for the first time, then a dialog box appears stateing: whether you want windows to remember your password. If that's the case, then windows can keep adding characters, each time you retype your password. Actually you could find out whether this is the problem or not in the following way. As soon as you get the retype password page, then go to the password field and press enter to get in to the forms mode. then press control+end to ensure that you are at the bottom of the field. Once you are there, then you could press backspace to see, whether you have password appearing automatically in that field. If yes, then you will hear JAWS saying "Question"? at the time of pressing the back space each time. This happens till the existing characters in a password field get completely erased.
