shame that, since that is the type of PDF that almost everyone has trouble with, the others convert just fine with existing answers.
hmmm, well when you have something I'll give it a try anyway, It may well work better than some things I have, and might, be able to replace some stuff that I need to re-purchase in order to have it again.
