what the jaws key is depends on twhether you are using a laptop or a desktop
pc. You can also map it to be another modifier. On the desktop, it is the
insert key by default, on the laptop, it is the caps lock key by default.
There are a couple of other keyboard lay outs to choose from in jaws and I
don't know off hand what the jaws key is assigned to for those.
