It doesn't appear to.  You can open up that file in notepad that you 
downloaded, it's just a dictionary file.  It has the words that affect jaws 
and what they should be (seizure for example).  I pasted it into an email 
and tried it, and it killed jaws 5.10 but interestingly enough it didn't 
kill Jaws 7.0.  But anyway even in Jaws 5.10, it didn't kill it when I tried 
reading the word with a different language.  Now I can't tell you for a 
fact, but that is what happened for me, it appeared not to affect other 
languages.

do you know if this issue affects eloquence or jaws in other
