True enough, but printing from Excel is usually not easy. So adding to your 
suggestion would be to import the Excel spreadsheet into MS-Word and then 
format the resulting table into the rows/columns needed to print.

Using Excel, you could create a formula adding 1 to the starting
number for as many numbers as you wanted.  Using a single column on
the spread sheet, with a line or two between, you could propagate the
ticket all the way to line 65532, or whatever the row limit is in excel.
