Hi,

just to confirm this: the default number of items which are kept is 200. When
you reach this number, then the oldest items are automatically deleted to make
way for new items.

To change the number of items kept:
1. press ctrl + j to move to the feeds tree view.
2. select a feed, and choose properties from its context menu.
3. A feed properties dialog opens. There are a pair of radio buttons. If the
keep the most recent items only option is selected, then the next control is a
number of items edit spin box, which you can set to any value you want.

One case where you may well want to reduce the number of items kept, is if you
subscribe to podcast feed, and check the Automatically download the attached
files check box in the feeds properties so that IE automatically downloads and
saves the mp3 files for you.

David.

Oh, on options it says something like default 200 articles.  Do your
articles delete after you get 200 in each feed?
