Question about Outlook 2003

I asked this in another message last week, but I'm not sure it was clear, so
asking this again.

 

I notice in Outlook 2003 that JAWS won't tell you if there is only one
unread message in a folder, but will if there are two or more.  Any way to
get JAWS to tell you when there is just one?
