Hi Jennie,

He can delte it by going in to his out look express name list, by pressing 
control and shift keys, then tab 1 time, arrow down to the name he wants to 
delte, press the delete key, the "are you sure you want to delte this from 
your list" will come up just press enter its done.  Dave Hutchins
