Dani, Yes the auth number will be the same. In fact if you've previously installed jaws on your system the number should already be in the box you fill in, so you should only need to hit enter. Cheers. I renewed my SmA and paid the $248 to receive the upgrade from JFW 7 to JFW 8. I received the CDs with the program and RealSpeak Solo installer. When I put the disk in, I can install fine. But when I go to use the new JFW, I'm asked to write a 20-digit number in to the edit field. Where would this number be? If I renewed the SMA, would it be the same number as on the 6.0 CD, which was when I believe FS started using the ILM? The installer says the number should be on the packaging, but there's no 20/digit auth number on the latest version of JFW that came in the mail today.
