You could probably find the settings in the format menu. Here's what I do...
At the beginning of the line you want bulleted, type an asgterisk (*) and a
space. Now start typing your text.
The * is read as a bullet. To end the paragraph of bulleted statements do a
double space and you wil be back in normal paragraph mode.
