Punctuationin certain applications with JFW

Hi,
In my text editors I want the Punctuation to be 'ALL'. I went into the
configuration manager and tried to understand how to make the change, but got
confused. I do not want for the Punctuation in all of my applications to be
'ALL', only in the text editors.
Can someone give me the exact steps to get the Punctuation set to ALL in
certain applications?
I know to go into the application and do insert f2 and go to configuration
manager and to set options and then to customize Punctuation. After that is
where ai need assistance.
