if you want to make it permanent
press insert j,
right arrow to basics,
down arrow to voices sub menu,
right arrow, to global adjustments
press enter tab to punctuation
up arrow to none,
tab to the ok button
turn off and turn on jaws
there ya go
now when you read with jaws
it will just say the words,
not the punctuation
if you want to know what punctuation is there,
insert right or left arrow

Subject: Punctuation question

Hi,

Is it possible (I think it is) and if so how, to make JAWS read a different
amount of punctuation when doing Say All than when cursoring around?

For example if I want to be able to hear "period" "comma" etc when cursoring
in a Word document, but when I am listening to the whole document with Say
All I don't want to hear about the punctuation?

Catherine
