Problems reading e-mail in outlook 2007

When attempting to read e-mail messages in outlook 2007 the arrow keys fail
to move the cursor. I can switch to the jaws cursor and read the messages,
but I cannot read them using the PC cursor.
Also, I tried to route PC to jaws and get the message, routing virtual
cursor to Jaws, but when I hit the PC cursor it reports PC not virtual
cursor.
Anyone else having this problem?
