Try putting your pc cursor on the link and then route jaws to pc with
insert+numpat minus then left click with numpad /. If that doesn't work
you can copy the line to the clipboard with shift+down arrow and ctrl+c
and then windows+r for the run box, and ctrl+v to paste in the address.

Just because you can't press enter on it doesn't mean it doesn't work.
