Problem In Windows XP

Hi All,
I have JAWS Version 4.51.131 installed on my Windows XP with the latest
updates from Microsoft, and also, the latest Freedom Scientific
recommendations for Windows XP with JAWS. In some cases, I have a big
problem:
When I move to a submenu in one folder, For example, the "Open With
Submenu" or the "Send To Submenu" in the My Documents folder, JAWS does
not read the submenu item. It does not say the word "Send To Submenu" or
"Open With Submenu".
Do you have any solution for this problem? Should I make other settings in
my Windows XP system?
