Now that I have my memory back, open Juice and it should display the subscriptions. If not, Hit alt V as in view, down arrow to subscriptions and hit enter. With focus on the feed you wish to download, hit alt T and down arrow to "check selected" and enter on that.
In XP, the downloads go into my documents, my received podcasts and into a folder for the individual feed like "Blind Cool Tech.
