Okay, Dan, your eloq.sbl is one of your speech (eloquence) files. I don't
know what the SBL extension is. The splash file, I believe, is for programs
like Winamp that have splash screens. If I were you, I'd leave both files
there.

Thanks. I'm trying to sort out which files need to be in my setting/enu
folder for Jaws 8 and which don't.
