Chris,

One thing, which sounds as if you might find helpful: The first letter
navigation method is standard across a lot of Windows functions, for
instance in the tree list or files list views of Windows Explorer. And
Outlook or Outlook Express are purely Windows applications, with the same
design in this way.

Hope you find an organizing method that pleases you.

Ah ha, some great suggestions. I didn't even think about first letter
navigation. I tried it out and it works fine. Putting numbers in front
of each folder is another idea that didn't occur to me which is also
something I may try. I'm all for anything that makes navigation easier.
Thanks,guys.

What I do is prefix the folders with a number. Such as 1 blind tech, 2
jaws
and so on.
