From what I can tell, at least in Jaws 7.0 and 7.1, and possibly before I
didn't try any other versions though, if you bring up the verbosity with
insert V and turn "announce information bar messages" to on, then when you
open the meeting, it will read that text automatically.
For example
1 attendee accepted, 0 tentatively accepted, 0 declined.

Bill,

I think you have to open the meeting in your calendar folder and use the
JAWS cursor to get this information, which appears as static text above
the headers. Static text is not associated with any particular control,
and therefore tabbing around the item won't reach it.

Subject: Outlook, Read who has accepted meeting request?

Hi all,

In Outlook 2000 using Jaws 7.0 how can I see who has accepted a meeting
invite? I can go through my appointments list in my calendar using
active
appointments view, can push return on each item and tab around, but
cannot
seem to know how to display who has accepted, declined or chose
tentative?
How can I do this? Is there a key stroke I can use to read me this
status in
some view?

Thanks for all of your help.

Bill
