    Randy,

The semicolon is a separator. It is there in the event you want to add
additional addresses.
Outlook automatically adds it to eliminate your having to do it.
Don't know about the apostrophe . Are you finding this to be a problem?
Or just wondering why it is there?

    Always,
    Barbara Anne

The problem that I am having is when you start a new message. I type in my
e-mail address and when I tab to the next field JAWS announces my e-mail
address but has an apostraphy at the beginning and at the end of the address
and there is also a semi-colona there as well. If someone could help me with
this problem I would appreciate it. Thank you. Randy Campbell
