Outlook Express to Outlook

Seasons Greetings Listers, I'm contemplating changing my Email program from
Outlook Express to Outlook. Is it possible to migrate my existing Email
account, or would I have to establish a new account? I will be most thankful
for this knowledge and any other advice regarding this change over. I'm using
Jaws 7.0 with Win XP home.
