Outlook 2007 sluggish with jfw 12.

Hi folks!  I wanted to use Outlook 2007 for my e-mail client, but I can't, 
because it's way too sluggish.  For some reason, it is very slow to respond 
when I'm arrowing through the messages.  Any hints on what I can do to speed it 
up?
