  Randy,

Browse around in Tools/Options. You should stumble across send options or
something. Perhaps in the connections page or mail setup page.

Okay, is there a way to fix that and how do I fix that. Also it ask me to
enter a password for personal folders and I never created a password for that.
Do you know why that is happening? Thank you. Randy Campbell

It means that Outlook is not configured to send your messages
immediately. When you send it in this case, it first goes to the outbox and
waits for the preconfigured time for sending and receaving your messages. When
the message is sent, it goes from the outbox to the sendbox.

When I reply to a message it goes into my outbox, is that where it's
suppose to go or should it go in the sent box?
