Oracle with TOAD and other Quest DBA tools

Hi -
Is anyone using TOAD with Oracle?
Most of my peer DBAs use TOAD and many other DBA tools from quest such
as Quest Central, Spotlight and Foglight but my limited experience with
these to date isn't so positive and I was wondering what others'
experience with these tool is.
Appreciate any suggestions.
