Ron,

Most of the time I need to use the arrow key to select the item to open. Even 
after the Insert+A to get there.

  I'm using Jaws 9 with Vista home and can't open links when I enter on them 
from within an open message in Outlook 2003.  When I press Enter/return it just 
pings and nothing happends.
