Hi Melanie,
You should have the option. Are you going to view while in the message list
in one of your mail boxes? If so, after you enter on layout you should be
able to tab through those options and preview pane should be there.

Can someone please explain why the selection to not show the Preview Pane
does not show-up in the layout features under the view menu? I've just read
a recent email directing someone to turn that feature off in the layout view
... but, preview pane does not show up for me. Not in the message list nor
the folders list.
